A clear path to your session.
Meet a human mentor.
Your teen has one 45-minute video session in English. The mentor may be based outside the US. Bring an everyday challenge around phones, gaming or family communication. This pilot offers mentoring, not therapy or emergency support.
Leave with a next step.
Within 2 US business days after the session, we email your short parent action plan. Carie’s founder follows up by email within 7 calendar days after the session to ask what you tried and help you choose a next step.

What if a booking can’t be confirmed?
If we can’t confirm a mutually agreed mentor booking within 3 US business days after successful payment, we initiate a full refund to the original payment method. US business days are Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays, counted in US Eastern Time. Pending payments do not start the matching clock. Your bank’s processing time is separate.
Can I change my mind?
Yes. Request a full refund any time before the session begins by replying to our booking email or emailing linh.hoang@teencare.co. If your teen does not want to participate, you can cancel before the session. We initiate requested refunds within 2 US business days; your bank may take several days to return the funds. If we cannot deliver a booked session or another included item, you may choose a new arrangement or a full refund. A refund replaces the remaining service.
What is shared with parents?
Your action plan uses your priorities and the takeaways your teen and mentor agree to share. A parent or legal guardian must consent, and the teen must agree to participate. We explain the mentor’s role, parent sharing and relevant safety limits before the session. Sessions are not recorded as part of this pilot. The offer includes the agreed summary, not access to a private transcript or a promise of absolute confidentiality.
Is the Carie AI product included?
This offer is a human-delivered pilot. Live AI conversations, accounts and ongoing AI memory are not included. You can explore the free guided preview, which uses prewritten suggestions.
Who provides the pilot?
Carie is operated by THE BRIGHTFAMILY LABS PTE. LTD. Your statement may include TEENCARE. The total pilot price is USD49, including any applicable tax charged by us; any currency conversion shown by Stripe or your bank is separate.
