Paid founding-family pilot

If you purchase the founding-family pilot, Stripe processes your payment and sends us payment status and the adult contact information needed to deliver your purchase. We use your email, time zone, scheduling preferences, confirmation of parental authority and eligibility, and the minimum information needed for mentor matching. Please do not put diagnoses, a child’s private messages or detailed family histories into checkout, email subjects or booking titles.

A matched mentor receives the information needed for the session. We explain the video provider and sharing arrangements before you book. The parent action plan uses your priorities and the session takeaways your teen and mentor agree to share. No session is recorded and no family conversation is submitted to an AI provider as part of this pilot.

We keep payment and delivery records needed to run the pilot and address refunds. Contact linh.hoang@teencare.co to access, correct or request deletion of your information. Payment records may need to be retained separately. Buying the pilot does not subscribe you to a marketing newsletter; our emails concern payment, booking, delivery and the included follow-up. The sections below describe invitation requests and the free preview separately.

Founding-family invitation requests

If you submit the invitation form, we collect your email, your optional first name, your selected support preference, your confirmation that you are an adult US parent or guardian of a 13–17-year-old, and your permission for us to reply about this request. We also record which version of the consent wording you saw. Please do not include a child’s name, diagnoses, private messages or other sensitive family details.

The form sends that information to Netlify, our website host and form-processing provider, which stores the submission for the Carie team and applies spam filtering. Netlify also receives technical request information, including an IP address, request headers and the website URL being requested, to operate its service. Our form body includes only the contact and consent fields described above, a small set of fixed campaign labels, and a fixed label for the link used to open the form. It does not include quiz answers, reflections, full browsing URLs, referrers or advertising click identifiers. The website asks your browser not to send a referrer header.

We use your request to assess pilot interest and fit, prepare invitations, and email you about this request, including availability or a possible invitation. Submission does not create a paid account or subscribe you to a newsletter. Your information is not sent to an AI provider or advertising platform by this form. We keep request information while handling pilot invitations, or until you ask us to delete it. Any purchase is separate from requesting an invitation; the paid-pilot terms explain that offer.

You can withdraw permission for further contact, correct your details, or ask us to delete your request by replying to our email or contacting linh.hoang@teencare.co. Clearing your browser data does not delete a submitted invitation request.

The new Family Scan

The six-question Family Scan is a free, adult-facing reflection for families with children ages 8–15. It asks for broad age band, a situation, observed moment, parent response, desired change and mentor readiness. It does not ask for names, exact birth dates, schools, diagnoses or private messages.

Answers stay in this browser tab’s session storage for up to 24 hours. They are not sent to our servers, an AI provider, a mentor, a payment service or an analytics collector. “Clear my answers” removes the scan state and saved campaign label. Closing the tab or clearing site data also removes it. Copies and printouts are under your control.

Website requests

Netlify, our website host, receives normal web requests including IP address and requested URL. No advertising pixels, session replay or third-party analytics are installed. Only allowlisted campaign labels are retained in the tab; the scan does not transmit its answers. Product-example clicks and local interaction events remain in memory. The new membership simulation runs only in the local review build and is not available on this website.

The existing invitation form at /join and the paid pilot handle information as described above. Clearing scan data does not remove an invitation or payment record. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion; payment records may need to be retained separately.
